Digital Skills for All is a campaign that aims to promote and encourage the acquisition of digital skills among people from all walks of life. In today’s digital age, having digital skills has become a basic necessity for almost every job and everyday life. The Digital Skills for All campaign believes that everyone has the potential to develop digital skills, regardless of their background or current level of comfort with technology. The campaign recognizes the fact that digital skills offer numerous benefits, from enhancing employability to enabling people to stay connected with friends and family, and empowering them to access important services such as healthcare, education, and finance.
The Vfunda Digital scheme is a Digital Skills learning program created to assist children to gain computer skills at an early age. In South Africa the majority of learners acquire these computer skills late in life and therefore miss the opportunities that are afforded by the digital world. Learners must get these skills early in life. Digititan is therefore on a mission to make sure that young people from disadvantaged communities are not left behind in this digital society that we live in.
This project is aimed at assisting businesses to focus more on 4th industrial revolution skills to enhance their business operations. Entrepreneurs are assisted with training, networking and business linkages.
